About Ishtar

I am guessing, by now it must have crossed your mind why someone would put a lot of effort into exposing Dragonfly. No, I am not a part of the group, neither do I have any managerial connections to them. The only connection is the personal interest.

I like their music and I have countless times listened to the albums and their covers, probably knowing them by heart although I still hardly understand a word of what is sung. And that was the reason to my initial thought of making an English version of their Spanish homepage. Sometimes, getting the words out about someone or something we like is just not enough by word of mouth or single postings on sites. It is a help on the way, so if you like them, tell someone.

However, my purpose was to tell as many as possible because I think they are more than good enough to make it well on the large international arena. English being one of the world languages, not in terms of how many individuals speak it, but in terms of what language is used in the transactions of information, I hope this will be a push in the right direction for them. And of course you too, if you happen to be one of the fans from a different country and would like to know more about them.

This site is very young still, but with time it will advance and be more and more packed with information as well as interactions. So far there is no forum here and the possibility for people to post is restricted to email. The rest will be coming soon.
